Instruction on how to use teeth whitening products

It's of the utmost importance that you apply the teeth whitening gel properly so as to not waste any, and so you experience the least amount of sensitivity during usage.

1. Before Using The Treatment

Apply the pre treatment liquid (blue liquid), spray approximately 3 times on to the swab. Rub the swab along the top and lower teeth concentrating on any stains for approximately 2 minutes. The teeth whitening gel works best on clean teeth. Try the trays in your mouth without bleach first, to make sure they fit comfortably. Make sure that the bleaching trays are clean and dry before applying any whitening gel. Moisture will reduce the effectiveness of the teeth whitening gel, and can slow down the whitening process.

2. Apply The Teeth Whitening Gel:

When applying the gel, make sure that you don't fill the trays. Place a minimal amount of tooth whitening gel half way up on the inner front surface of the tray. Don't spread the bleach around. The average treatment per arch requires around 0.5ml of whitening gel. We strongly suggest that you only bleach your front six to eight teeth, as no one really sees the back.

3. Insert the Teeth Whitening Trays:

Insert the teeth whitening tray(s) into your mouth, over your teeth. The tray should be firmly seated against the teeth. Wipe off any excess gel that goes over the brim of the tray and onto your gums, by holding the tray up with one hand. Use a tissue or your finger to remove the excess gel. Wear the tray with the gel for the amount of time specified below. Dual arch trays don't need to be boiled like the Thermo moulds do. They are the most innovative trays in the modern day teeth whitening industry and will immediately conform to each person's teeth.

4. Wearing Time:

We suggest that on your first tooth whitening experience, you use for half an hour to an hour. You can then increase the amount of time the gels are worn if there is little or no tooth sensitivity.

To help quicken the process and guarantee a long lasting, comfortable result, we suggest you use the laser teeth whitening light. When you have the trays in your mouth, just hold the laser light up close to your mouth for one or two 10 minute sessions.

5. After The Whitening Process:

Remove the trays from your mouth and rinse off your teeth. Brush away any remaining gel. Brush and floss your teeth, and continue with any daily dental cleaning.

6. Caring For Your Trays and Gel:

Clean your teeth whitening trays with a toothbrush and cold water. Store the tray case and gel in a cool dry place that is away from heat and direct sunlight. You can refrigerate the gel in order to prolong shelf life, but do not freeze.

DENTAL TEETH WHITENING GEL IS ABLE TO BE REFRIGERATED FOR LONG TERM STORAGE. When refrigerated, shelf life is two years. Without refrigeration, shelf life is one year.
